Part Time Early Childhood Music Teacher

About the role

Seed Music Academy Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced Part Time Early Childhood Music Teacher to join our team in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. This part-time role will involve delivering engaging and educational music lessons to young children, laying the foundation for their musical development.

What you'll be doing

1. Plan and deliver interactive music lessons for children aged 2-4 years old
2. Incorporate a variety of teaching methods, such as singing, movement, and the use of musical instruments, to capture the children's attention and foster their love of music
3. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a cohesive learning experience for the children
4. Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide feedback to parents
5. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve teaching practices

What we're looking for

1. A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
2. At least 2 years of experience teaching music to young children from Age 2 up
3. Strong knowledge of early childhood music development and the ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and their families
5. Creativity and a passion for making learning fun and interactive
6. Fluency in English and Cantonese
7. Available to teach at least 3 days/week, one day must be Saturday full day.
