Customer Service Administrator

• Provide reception service at music centre, such as enquiry and enrollment handling
• Support centre administration, such as payment handling, bookkeeping, general statistical handling and reporting
• Support centre operations, such as classroom setup and scheduling
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Ability to communicate in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
• Ability to communicate in a clear and comprehensible manner with parents
• An amiable and approachable personality
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English word processing

Weekdays 9:30-6:30pm

Saturday 9:00-6:00pm
