Stella Sin

Piano Teacher

Introduction

Stella Sin is a Hong Kong-born classical pianist. A former scholar at the Royal College of Music London, sponsored by The Kenneth and Violet Scott Award and Noel Croucher Funding, she earned  her degree in Piano Performance under the tutelage of Nigel Clayton, Peter Jablonski and Ruth Nye. She was also a recipient of Talent Development Scholarship awarded by the Hong Kong Government Scholarship Scheme. 

Having started learning the piano at the age of 4, she won prizes in different competitions including Asia  Piano Open Competition, TOYAMA Asian Youth Music Competition, Inter-School International  Performance Challenge and Hong Kong Schools Music Festivals. In 2018, she was also one of the  finalists in the Liszt Memorial Prizes Hong Kong International Piano Open Competition. 

Ms. Sin has been actively engaged in music teaching since 2013. Starting her career in Opus 1 Arts Music Studio in Hong Kong, she continued inspiring the next generation when she moved to London in 2015, where she was appointed as the piano teacher in the Lanterns School of the Performing Arts  London and London Music Centre.
